1. Wallet Overview
The AllLocal Wallet may be used to store eligible balances such as promotional credits, cashback, refunds or other approved credits for use on the AllLocal platform.
2. Eligible Credits
- Approved refunds.
- Promotional offers and cashback.
- Reward credits issued by AllLocal.
- Other credits specifically approved by AllLocal.
3. Using Wallet Balance
- Wallet balance may be used for eligible purchases or service bookings.
- Some products, services or promotions may not support wallet payments.
- Wallet balances cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.
4. Expiry of Promotional Credits
Promotional credits or cashback may have an expiry date. Where applicable, the validity period will be communicated at the time of issue.
5. Refunds to Wallet
Where permitted, eligible refunds may be credited to the AllLocal Wallet instead of the original payment method. The applicable refund option will be displayed or communicated during the refund process.
6. Restrictions
- No cash withdrawal unless required by applicable law.
- No unauthorized transfer or sale of wallet balances.
- No fraudulent creation or misuse of promotional credits.
- Wallet use must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Suspension
AllLocal may suspend or disable wallet access where fraud, misuse, security concerns or legal requirements arise.
8. Changes to the Wallet Service
AllLocal may modify, suspend or discontinue wallet features, promotional programs or credit schemes after providing notice where reasonably practicable.
