AllLocal is an app-based e-commerce and local services platform operated by Swasthik Enterprises. The platform connects customers with local shops, sellers, service providers and businesses across villages, rural areas, towns and cities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AllLocal acts only as a technology platform and does not manufacture, own, sell, deliver or directly provide the products or services listed by users.
General Terms
- Users must provide accurate and genuine registration information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and OTP.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws.
- Buyers, sellers and service providers are solely responsible for their transactions.
- AllLocal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Seller Policy
- List only genuine, lawful and accurately described products.
- Maintain accurate pricing, stock, warranties and after-sales support.
- Do not sell prohibited, counterfeit or illegal goods.
- Comply with applicable tax, licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Fulfil confirmed orders promptly.
Service Provider Policy
- Provide lawful, genuine and professionally delivered services.
- Honour confirmed appointments unless cancelled under platform rules.
- Do not advertise fraudulent or misleading services.
- Maintain all licences, registrations and permissions required for your profession.
Buyer Policy
- Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt fraudulent or abusive transactions.
- Inspect products and services promptly and report genuine issues.
Prohibited Activities

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and information may be shared with law enforcement where legally required.
Platform Responsibility
- AllLocal provides only the technology platform connecting buyers, sellers and service providers.
- Transactions occur directly between users.
- AllLocal is not responsible for disputes relating to product quality, warranties, delivery or service quality except where required by law.
- Customer support may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee any specific outcome.
Payments & Wallet
- Payments are processed through approved payment service providers.
- Wallet balances are governed by the applicable Wallet Policy.
- Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
- Applicable platform commissions and service charges will be disclosed where relevant.
Privacy
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the AllLocal Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
