- Sellers are responsible for packing and dispatching products.

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery or service times are displayed where available. Actual timelines may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, holidays, availability, operational constraints or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before checkout. Charges may vary depending on distance, order value, seller policies and promotional offers.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order, where applicable.
- Inspect the order upon delivery and report genuine issues promptly.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or inability to contact the customer, the seller may cancel the order or attempt redelivery according to their policy. Additional charges may apply where permitted.
7. Order Tracking
Where supported, customers may receive updates regarding the status of their order or service booking through the AllLocal platform.
8. Delays
While every effort is made to complete deliveries on time, AllLocal cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control do not automatically qualify for compensation.
9. Marketplace Disclaimer
AllLocal provides the digital platform facilitating transactions between buyers, sellers and service providers. Responsibility for product dispatch, delivery and service fulfillment remains with the respective seller or service provider unless otherwise required by applicable law.
