This Agreement applies to all individuals and businesses offering services through AllLocal. By registering as a service provider, you agree to this Agreement and all applicable AllLocal policies.
1. Eligibility
- Provide accurate identity and business information.
- Maintain any licences, certifications and permits required for your profession.
- Keep account information updated.
2. Service Listings
- Describe services honestly and accurately.
- Display transparent pricing where applicable.
- Advertise only lawful services.
3. Appointments
- Accept confirmed bookings responsibly.
- Arrive on time whenever reasonably possible.
- Notify customers promptly if delays or cancellations are unavoidable.
4. Service Quality
- Perform services professionally and safely.
- Treat customers respectfully.
- Comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through approved payment partners.
- Applicable platform commissions or fees may be deducted before payout.
- Payouts may be delayed for verification, disputes or refunds.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Providers must cooperate with genuine cancellation and refund requests in accordance with the AllLocal Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent or misleading services.
- Unsafe or illegal activities.
- Harassment, abuse or discrimination.
- Manipulating ratings or reviews.
8. Suspension & Termination
AllLocal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, applicable laws or platform policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
AllLocal provides the technology platform only. Service providers remain responsible for the quality, legality and completion of services they offer, except where required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
