This Seller Agreement governs the participation of sellers on the AllLocal marketplace. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with this Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and all applicable laws.
1. Eligibility
- Provide accurate business and identity information.
- Maintain any registrations, licences or tax requirements applicable to your business.
- Keep account credentials secure.
2. Product Listings
- List only genuine, lawful and accurately described products.
- Use clear images and truthful specifications.
- Maintain accurate pricing and stock availability.
- Do not list counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods.
3. Order Fulfilment
- Accept and process confirmed orders promptly.
- Pack products securely.
- Deliver through approved delivery arrangements where applicable.
- Inform customers of unavoidable delays.
4. Quality & Customer Service
- Supply products that match the listing.
- Provide applicable warranties and after-sales support.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Sellers determine product pricing unless otherwise agreed.
- Platform commissions, fees or charges will be disclosed where applicable.
- Payouts are subject to successful transactions, refunds, chargebacks and applicable verification requirements.
6. Returns & Refunds
Sellers must cooperate in resolving genuine return and refund requests in accordance with the AllLocal Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Misleading advertisements.
- Sale of illegal, unsafe or prohibited products.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
8. Suspension & Termination
AllLocal may suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of this Agreement, legal requirements or platform policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
AllLocal provides the technology platform connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers remain responsible for the products they list, sell and deliver, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
